I’m Kimberly, and I’ve been incredibly humbled to serve in the mortgage industry for the past 29 years. During this time, I’ve had the privilege of leading some of Indiana’s top-performing mortgage sales teams, consistently excelling in production and key performance metrics. In 2020, I was honored to be awarded Top Leader of the Year. I’ve also been a President Circle winner year after year, recognized for my performance in loan origination and sales management.

My career has spanned various roles, from management and loan origination to servicing, processing, underwriting, operations management, and specialized builder roles. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process, and I’m passionate about helping others achieve their dream of homeownership. I find joy in guiding my clients through this important journey.

Motivating and inspiring others to pursue their goals is one of my greatest callings.

Outside of work, I have a sincere passion for the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women. I had the privilege of chairing the event in 2013 and 2019 in Fort Wayne, IN, and I’m dedicated to raising awareness, especially among women, about the signs of heart disease.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, five wonderful children, and two grandchildren. I love to travel, grow dahlias, and cheer on my beloved Colts or root for my kids at their baseball and basketball games. I’m competitive by nature, and I’m always eager to support those I care about.
