Horizon Bank Announces Paul Fleming as Vice President, Trust Investment Director

Michigan City, IN – John Richards, Horizon Bank’s President and Senior Trust Officer, Trust & Investment Management, is pleased to announce Paul Fleming as Vice President, Trust Investment Director. He is located at our Carmel, Indiana office at 1216 West Carmel Drive.

Fleming has over thirty years of experience in the financial industry. He previously held roles including Financial Advisor, Senior Trader, and Investment Executive early in his career. He later became a Director of Research and Investment Solutions, and most recently held the role of Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager.

Fleming graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Resource Management. In addition, Fleming is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Analyst, and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. In his new position, Fleming will be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate investment programs for the investment of cash assets in discretionary agency accounts and fiduciary accounts. Fleming is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service, and is looking forward to meeting clients in the near future.
