Horizon Bank Welcomes Rachel Kindred as Branch Manager

Michigan City, Indiana – Jennifer Shoup, Horizon Bank’s Vice President, District Manager, is pleased to announce Rachel Kindred as Branch Manager of our Benton Harbor, Michigan office.

Kindred brings seven years of experience in the financial industry to her new role. She spent several years as a Member Specialist and a Member Center Manager, where she showcased her dedication and expertise in serving customers and growing relationships. In her role as Branch Manager, Kindred will spearhead initiatives to drive deposit and loan growth, in addition to overseeing sales strategies and daily branch operations.

Currently, Kindred is working towards her Associate Degree in Business at Lake Michigan College. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kindred volunteers her time to facilitate financial literacy classes at the YMCA and the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Michigan.
