Horizon Bank Announces Curtis Sattelberg as AVP, SBA Specialist

Michigan City, Indiana – Mark Schoettmer, VP, Government Loan Program Manager, is pleased to announce the promotion of Curtis Sattelberg as Assistant Vice President, SBA Specialist.

Sattelberg previously served as Senior Credit Analyst for Horizon Bank and has been an integral part of the bank’s Government Lending team for nearly three years, excelling in his role and fostering strong partnerships with Loan Officers and customers across the Michigan market. His expertise in SBA lending has helped numerous businesses secure the financing they need to grow and succeed. In 2024, he completed the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) Fundamental Lender Diploma Program, solidifying his expertise in SBA lending.

Through his dedication and strategic approach, Sattelberg significantly increased loan volume in 2024, demonstrating his commitment to both Horizon Bank and the business communities he serves.
